Scott Bajtos is executive vice president and chief customer satisfaction officer of Business Objects, an SAP company. In this position, he is responsible for building worldwide maintainance revenue and customer assurance, support, and satisfaction. Bajtos reports to John Schwarz, CEO of Business Objects and member of the Executive Board of SAP AG, and Gerhard Oswald, member of the SAP Executive Board.
Previously, Bajtos spent seven years as senior vice president of Customer Assurance for Business Objects.
Before joining Business Objects, Bajtos served as vice president of Customer Care at Marimba, Inc., an Internet infrastructure management solution provider. While employed at Cadence Design Systems, Bajtos served as vice president of the Office of Customer Advocacy, where he created the company’s global customer advocacy program aimed at strengthening customer loyalty while maximizing revenue and satisfaction.
Bajtos holds a bachelor's of arts degree from Saint Mary's College in Moraga, California.
